These rates apply to Tech Heads’ Time and Materials engagements.

Standard Rates

  • Scheduled work: All hours, 24x7x365, excluding Major Holidays as defined below.
  • Unscheduled work: Service Desk: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm Pacific Time | Professional Services: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm Pacific Time
  • Phone and remote support will be billed in 15-minute increments at the rates listed below.
  • The On-site Billing Policy below applies to all On-Site Support.

Emergency After-Hours Rates Major Holidays Rates
Monday – Friday, 5pm – 8am Pacific time and weekends.   New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas.  
This applies to all support requests / emergencies that have not been pre-scheduled with your resource. Scheduled and unscheduled work: All hours.
$350 per hour for on-site service calls for all resources
$350 per hour for phone and remote support for all resources, billed in 15-minute increments

On-site Billing Policy

  • On-site service calls will be billed a $35 service fee per day, per resource.
  • On-site minimums for customers within these service areas as defined below:
  • Local Customers1: 2-hour minimum billing. The 2-hour minimum does not include drive time.
    • For out-of-market resources, on-site minimums of 4 hours or more will apply.
  • Out-of-Market: Area 1 Customers2: 4-hour minimum billing. The 4-hour minimum does not include drive time.
  • Out-of-Market: Area 2 Customers3: 8-hour minimum billing per day that we are on-site. The 8-hour minimum includes the drive time. Last day, for on-site and/or travel, will incur a 4-hour minimum billing. Roundtrip mileage will be charged in accordance with then current federal rates.

1Local Customer – Located within a typical drive time of less than 1 hour from Tech Heads’ Office | Example: Scappoose, Gresham, Salem, McMinnville

2Out-of-Market: Area 1 Customers – Located between 1 – 2 hours’ drive time | Example: Hood River, Eugene, Longview, Astoria, Tillamook

3Out-of-Market: Area 2 Customers – Located in an area more than 2 hours’ drive time | Example: Seattle, Medford, Pendleton

Other Considerations
Cancellation Policy: Same day cancellations for scheduled on-site visits will incur a 2-hour charge per resource at their applicable rate.
Security Incidents: Services provided during the first 24 hours following a confirmed security incident will be billed at the unscheduled, after-hours emergency rate of $350 per hour. Additional days thereafter of a security incident response are billed at unscheduled, after-hours rates for evenings 5pm-8am, and weekends during the engagement. Pre-paid retainers may be required for a security incident response.
