These rates apply to Tech Heads’ Time and Materials engagements.

Standard Rates

  • Scheduled work: All hours, 24×7, excluding Major Holidays as defined below.
  • Unscheduled work: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm Pacific Time
  • Remote and on-site support will be billed at the rates listed below. There is a 15-minute minimum charge for remote support and will be billed in 15-minute increments thereafter. Onsite minimums are listed below.

Emergency After-Hours Rates Major Holidays Rates
Monday – Friday, 5pm – 8am Pacific time and weekends.   New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas.  
This applies to all support requests / emergencies that have not been pre-scheduled with your resource. Scheduled and unscheduled work: All hours.
$350 per hour for on-site service calls for all resources billed per the on-site policy below.
$350 per hour for remote support for all resources, billed in 15-minute increments.

On-site Billing Policy

  • On-site service calls will be billed a $35 service fee per day, per resource.
  • Clients will be billed for travel time one way.
  • On-site minimums for customers within these service areas as defined below. Once the minimum has been met, additional support will be billed in 15-minute increments:
    • Local Clients1: 2-hour minimum billing.
      • For out-of-market resources, on-site minimums of 4 hours or more will apply.
    • Out-of-Market: Area 1 Clients2: 4-hour minimum billing.
    • Out-of-Market: Area 2 Clients3: 8-hour minimum billing per day that we are on-site. If the minimum is not met, drive time may be counted toward the onsite minimum for this area. The last day, for on-site and/or travel, will incur a 4-hour minimum billing. Roundtrip mileage will be charged in accordance with the current federal rates.

1Local Clients – Located within a typical drive time of less than 1 hour from Tech Heads’ Office | Example: Scappoose, Gresham, Salem, McMinnville

2Out-of-Market: Area 1 Clients – Located between 1 – 2 hours’ drive time | Example: Hood River, Eugene, Longview, Astoria, Tillamook

3Out-of-Market: Area 2 Clients – Located in an area more than 2 hours’ drive time | Example: Seattle, Medford, Pendleton

Other Considerations

  • Cancellation Policy: Same day cancellations for scheduled on-site visits will incur a 2-hour charge per resource at their applicable rate.
  • Services provided during the first 24 hours following a confirmed security incident will be billed at the unscheduled, after-hours emergency rate of $350 per hour, for all resources. Additional days thereafter of a security incident response are billed at unscheduled, after-hours rates for evenings 5pm-8am, and weekends during the engagement. Pre-paid retainers will be required for a security incident response.
