Technicians focus mainly on the desktop operating systems of your business. They are trained in workstation troubleshooting, antivirus, antispam, and how to keep workstations running smoothly. Technicians support all local desktop applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks to name a few. They also can provide basic networking skills such as adding workstations to the network, adding and deleting users on the server, and building small servers such as Microsoft Small Business server. They are responsible for small offices and working under higher level consultants at larger networks on the desktop needs. Most of Technicians hold certifications such as A+, MCP or CNA.

Consultants are experts in single server operating system networks such as Microsoft, Novell, UNIX or Mac. They handle medium size clients and clients with multiple offices. They are also skilled in server products such as Exchange, SQL, SMS, BackupExec, Citrix and many other server-side applications. They handle more complex networks with a need for point-to-point T1s, VPNs, Remote Access and other technologies. Most Consultants hold certifications such as MCSA, CCNA or CNE.

Senior Consultants work on larger networks with multiple server operating systems. They specialize in the designing networks from the ground up or troubleshooting networks that are experiencing severe problems. They have a strong working knowledge of TCP/IP protocol suite. They also help many in-house computer staff perform upgrades and new installs on systems that they have not seen before. Most Senior Consultants hold a Bachelor Degree with certifications such as MCSE, CCNP and MCNE.

Our Enterprise Consultants have excellent communication and management capabilities. They have been working in this industry for at least 10 years and have designed and implemented solutions on hundreds of different networks. They are highly skilled at analyzing complex problems, architecting solutions and presenting the cost-benefit analysis to upper management. Our Enterprise Consultants also specialize in more esoteric technologies, such as complex high speed networking, Intrusion Detection Systems, forensics, VMWare ESX virtualization and failover, and specialized security requirements. Most Enterprise Consultants hold advanced degrees or certifications such as CCIE.
